Introduction

Women’s Empowerment is a unique program that seeks to address the various socio economic issues faced by a growing number of women living in poverty. To reduce the number of women living in poverty and for them to become truly self-reliant, a holistic approach/ effort that includes socio economic services is required. This will help in building their self-confidence / skills and inevitably lead to their emergence from poverty.

SRUJAN is established to promote social, educational, health and livelihood opportunities for the underserved section of society with major focus on women and to improve their quality of life, with special focus on women empowerment.
